I attended Loras College for my undergraduate degree, majoring in English Literature, Creative Writing, and Teacher Education. I am currently working on a master's degree in Teaching English in Secondary Schools through the University of Northern Iowa. When I'm not teaching, I also coach the Varsity Speech, JV Academic Bowl, and Middle School track teams. I also enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and listening to great music.

We are traditionally compete very well in our conference at both the JV and Varsity Levels. See Mr. Jenkins' website (linked above) for study information. Keep those brains working!
Varsity Speech Team: The speech team competes in December, January, and February. We're a small but mighty team. If you're interested in improving your communication skills, see Ms. Gossling to join the speech team! Middle School Track: I believe that athletics make students better at academics. I ran competitively for 8 years in middle school, high school and college, and I love sharing that joy of running and physical activity with students in middle school. We compete in April and May. |
